Rising out of the dunes just 40 minutes outside Dubai, the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa is an oasis of luxury. The hotel is built to resemble an Arab fort and is home to several open-air restaurants that serve Arabian and Indian cuisine under the desert stars.
